Business Alliance, Inc. (BAI) is one of the nation’s largest franchise broker networks — connecting franchisors and brokers, providing resources and education. When they first came to us, they were seeking a rebrand for both their core company and a new internal initiative, FranLink, a franchise broker networking platform.
Their existing visual identity didn’t reflect their professionalism, expertise, or the innovation they were driving in the franchise space. They needed not just a new look — but a clear, modern brand experience that matched their industry leadership.
We began by developing cohesive brand identities for both BAI and FranLink, built around strategy, simplicity, and trust. From logo design and color systems to website and platform visuals, we set a strong, scalable foundation that could grow with them.

What began as a visual rebrand quickly grew into a long-term creative partnership. Today, Nat Marie Design serves as BAI’s go-to creative team, supporting nearly every aspect of their brand and marketing efforts. Our ongoing work includes managing a monthly marketing retainer with deliverables spanning digital content, email campaigns, internal presentations, and more. We lead strategy and execution for their social media channels, provide branding and content support for their exclusive broker community, FranLink, and design branded assets for their growing podcast network. Each year, we also develop the full visual identity for their annual conference — from signage to digital promotions.
