How To Create a Month's Worth of Social Media Content in One Day

Many of you have heard my story... I started Nat Marie Design while still working my corporate job. For the first six months, I wasn't focused on clients or money, but building up my brand and social media presence. Then I was laid off, but because I built such a strong foundation I did very well very quickly. I was able to match my previous salary in 3 month and in my first full year in business I hit six figures. This is all because I invested time into my marketing. Through The Social Club, I'd love to show my process and how you can apply it to your business. Whether you are a typically organized person or not, creating a schedule and using my strategies will help you avoid the daily scramble of posting and help you create an entire month of content in just one day.

  1. Plan Your Content Buckets

Content buckets are themes or categories that you will regularly post about. For example, if you are a fitness coach, a content bucket may be workout highlights or client success stories. When creating social media, having strategic messaging that targets your audience is key. Having a business means you are catering to a specific audience. Trying to satisfy everyone isn't going to work, just focus on who your business is meant for. That's where the content buckets come in. You'll brainstorm ways to map out your content buckets in The Social Club. They all should strategically speak to your goals but be diverse from each other individually. Finding the balance between staying on-brand and being unique is hard, but no worries because I'm here to help.

  2. Work From Social Media Templates

Now you may be wondering, how am I supposed to create so many unique social media posts in

such a limited amount of time? I've got a perfect answer for you, templates! As I said before, every post should be unique but on-brand and professional. Templates are a great way to make sure that your posts are coherent and follow the same aesthetic. And on top of this, you need to worry about maintaining professionalism. Having a certain aesthetic is crucial to infusing a sense of character into your brand. There are a lot of platforms for this, but a free and easy platform I highly recommend is Canva.

Luckily, through The Social Club, I teach you how to create templates that you can use for month while also feeling fresh and engaging with every new post.

  3. Use A Social Media Scheduler

Instead of going directly to your social media platform, it's much easier to schedule ahead using platforms such as Plann or Meta. These apps not only let you schedule ahead, but also help you create captions and look at a calendar to stay organized. This way, you don't have to spend too much time every day on your laptop or phone trying to directly post. I plan my posts in bulk each month and then schedule them out.

In the Social Club, I'd love to teach you how I organize my business and how much time I've saved. This is so simple yet so crucial to saving time. So as long as you're willing to follow a few baby steps, this could loosen up your schedule tremendously.
